Alan Fishman has been active in the real estate industry since 1965 (excluding several years spent in manufacturing). He has held key positions in all phases of real estate practice, including extensive property management of industrial, commercial and residential properties, purchase and disposition, development, leasing, and site selection, particularly in the Southern and Central Maine markets.

He has been owner and President of Fishman Realty Group and affiliated ventures since 1985. Previously, he was Vice President and General Manager of ATBRO CORP, a Portland-based development company; Vice President of Operations and Executive Vice President of JB Brown and Sons (Portland's largest real estate company); and marketing and site selection analyst for Stop and Shop/ Bradlees Company, Boston. Additionally, he has extensive experience working with governmental and municipal departments and boards.

He has attended and taught numerous seminars and workshops on real estate management, development, financing and construction. He is a founding Member of the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors and a founding member of the Maine Real Estate and Development Association.

Jim was awarded the Certified Property Manager designation in 1980. This is a professional designation awarded to property managers that recognize their documented property management experience coupled with passing a rigorous course schedule. Jim has over 25 years of experience in the management and sales of residential and commercial properties throughout Maine.

Prior to moving to Maine in 1977, he was involved with similar properties in Seattle, Washington as a property manager for Alaska Airlines.

Marc began his real estate career in 1992 participating in foreclosure auctions and asset management for local, regional and national banks. Additional services included complete property management and maintenance, including those in receivership and/or bank-owned property. General duties include tenant eviction, project management, and leasing vacant residential and commercial units in order to prepare the properties for sale.
 
Marc has extensive experience in working with clients in all facets of commercial and residential sales and leasing, specializing in investment and mixed use properties, as well as land and project development.

Marc is currently serving his 2nd consecutive term as a Director for Maine Commercial Association of Realtors Board of Directors. He was born and raised in Portland and graduated from Cheverus High School in 1986. He went on to receive B.A. in Political Science/Pre-Law from Syracuse University in 1990, where he was a member of the Psi Upsilon Fraternity.

Tony has been a Licensed Maine Real Estate agent since 1982, Broker since 2000 and has had a Brokerage license in New Hampshire since 2003. Graduating from the University of Maine with a BS in Business Administration and the Muskie School of Public Policy with a MS in Public Administration with an advanced degree in Urban Planning.

With 2 degrees in hand and 15 successful years as founder and manager of residential & commercial real estate construction and brokerage firm, embarked on a career in municipal land use planning, economic and community development which included administration of Federal, state and local business development programs. For 3-years, Tony served as Business Development Director for the City of Portland Department of Economic Development.? In? 1999 he began working as a full-time commercial real estate broker Specializing in commercial real estate sales, leasing development and business attraction.

Gary Lamberth has a unique combination of hospitality industry sales and management background, extensive commercial real estate experience (including ownership) and small business management.? His career includes management of the Howard Johnson Hotel in Portland as well as Director of Sales positions at the Bangor Hilton, Bethel Inn and Country Club and Group sales at Casco Bay Lines.? Mr. Lamberth owned and operated a successful Allegra Print and Imaging franchise for 12 years growing sales to over $1 million.

Formerly, Gary was an Outward Bound Instructor at the North Carolina Outward Bound School.

Lee came to Fishman Realty Group with a strong background in sales and marketing in a number of different industries. A native of St. David's, Pennsylvania, Lee graduated from Malvern Preparatory School in suburban Philadelphia. Lee attended Hobart College in Geneva, NY, graduating with a B.A. in Political Science in 1999. Shortly after, Lee helped build maax Inc. a successful national clothing company based in Manchester NH.

Lee has worked as a freelance marketing consultant and owner of Nelsen Worldwide Consulting LLC based in Portland, ME. His sales and marketing skill-set have proven particularly valuable in the development of his career at Fishman Realty Group.

A key member of the Fishman Realty Group and Fishman Property Management Teams, Sara McKee is responsible for marketing oversight at Fishman Realty Group.  Sara, a licensed associate broker, has a background in property management and marketing.

Prior to joining Fishman Realty Group in early 2006, Sara was a rental agent in Portland, Maine for over four years.  She was responsible for overseeing the rentals of 400+ commercial/rental units in the Greater Portland area.  Additionally she handled tenant relations, lease negotiations, and supervision of the day-to-day property maintenance.  Sara has first-hand experience as a landlord and understands the importance of a good working landlord/tenant relationship.
