6 COMMERCIAL SALES & 3 LEASE RENEWALS ON WARREN AVE

The owner SB Properties of Portland, Maine sold this unique 4,132 square foot investment property to Alpine Realty Group of Portland, Maine. Fishman will be offering 2,332 square feet of this space for lease (Available Immediately) complete with two (2) overhead doors, retail showroom, kitchen and offices. The space includes a large backlit marquee street side sign for the Tenant’s use.
SB Properties, represented by Marc Fishman, also sold 233 Warren Avenue, a highly visible building lot and garage. This location has preliminary approvals for a 2,300 square foot retail flex building with frontage on both Warren Avenue and Hicks Street. Marc Fishman facilitated the sale of 320-324 Warren Avenue as a seller representative. Castle Rock Investments, LLC purchased this 8,277 square foot retail/service building and single family house from SB Properties. The two properties are comprised of multi tenanted space and feature a highly visible service space with several overhead doors and service bays.
Marc Fishman negotiated the 3 lease renewals on behalf of the Buyer Castle Rock Investments, LLC at 324 Warren Avenue for Bay City Motors, Unique Auto and Connell Diesel, Inc. who currently occupy the building and just extended their leases for a total of a 6,625 square foot lease.
