Fishman Realty signs a Lease for Nina's Zumba Studio- York Street

-- Anthony Donovan of Fishman Realty Group represented Nina’s Zumba Studio in the Lease of 1,798 +/- SF of Class A office space at 54 York, Street in Portland, Maine. Frank O’Connor of NEI the Dunham Group represented the Landlord. Nina’s Zumba Studio is an established Zumba fitness center that fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program.  Nina’s Zumba Studio plans a September 1, 2011 opening.
