Forest Avenue Office Expansion Lease

-- Alan Fishman of Fishman Realty Group facilitated the lease of 750 SF of expansion office space at 470 Forest Avenue in Portland, Maine.  This additional space was leased by Providence Service Corporation, a provider of in home health and wellness services.  Providence Service Corporation has been at this location for more than 5 years and will use the additional expansion space to support the rapid growth and development of their organization in Southern Maine.
