Fortress Network Solutions Purchase

Fishman Realty Group of Portland, Maine brokers purchase of 4,325 SF Office Space in Kennebunk, Maine. 
--- Alan Fishman of Fishman Realty Group represented the buyer, Fortress Network Solutions in the purchase of 124 Alfred Road, Kennebunk, Maine.    Judy Andrews, of Andrews Milligan Real Estate, represented the seller.  Fortress Network Solutions is an IT design and consulting firm, specializing in VOIP and network security, relocating from Portland, Maine.  The move to a location South of Greater Portland is in response to the growth of business in the Greater Boston Market, and allows better access to regional airports to service national accounts.  “We have found this location, with close interstate access to all locations to be a significant step in our company’s growth,” says the Director of Business Development, Aaron Pudlow.
