Fishman Realty Group Brokers a Lease of 5-Acre Commercial Space in Portland, Maine

-- Alan Fishman and Tony Donovan of Fishman Realty Group represented Thompson’s Point Inc. of Portland in the 5-year ground lease to HP Hood LLC of a 5-acre site on Thompson’s Point in Portland. Thompsons Point is a 30-acre commercial property facing the Fore River managed by Fishman Realty Group. Craig Young of CBRE Boulos Real Estate represented the Tenant. HP Hood LLC is a national company and one of this country’s largest branded dairy operators. HP Hood LLC currently maintains 22 manufacturing plants distributing dairy throughout the United States.
