LMG Properties, LLC, Purchases a 17-Unit in Portland

Fishman Realty Group of Portland, Maine brokers the purchase of a 17-Unit Residential Investment property in Portland, Maine.
--- Marc Fishman of Fishman Realty Group represented LMG Properties, LLC, in the purchase of 255 Oxford Street in the Bayside area of Portland. Evergreen Credit Union sold the property at real estate foreclosure auction on July 19, 2011, hosted by Keenan Auction Co.
Marc Fishman has been hired as the property manager to oversee capital repairs, maintenance, and property upgrades. The new owner will be working closely with the City of Portland’s Homeless Prevention Programs, Oxford Street Shelter, and other local non-profit groups to create a safe place for low income tenants.
