Parry Automotive Repair Leases 2,000 SF on Warren Ave

-- Alan Fishman of Fishman Realty Group facilitated the lease of 2,000 SF of industrial space located at 202 Warren Avenue in Portland, Maine.  This space was leased by Parry Automotive Repair, and will serve as a licensed Toyota and Lexus repair facility.  Owner, Chris Parry was formerly the Service Manager for two Toyota/ Lexus dealerships in the area, and has also been noted in Toyota Tech Magazine for his achievement in becoming a Master Diagnostic Technician.
 The leased space, owned by Waxler Trust, is in a high traffic commercial area of Portland and is in the vicinity of many automotive dealers and service providers.  Parry
Automotive Repair will be open for business July 18th, and will provide factory authorized service and State Inspections for both foreign and domestic automobiles.
