Portland Pie goes to Nashua, NH

Nashua, N.H. (October 27, 2011)—Marc Fishman of Fishman Realty Group is pleased to announce that Portland Pie Company, one of Northern New England’s most unique pizzeria and pub restaurants, has just leased 5,100 +/- SF of restaurant space in Nashua, New Hampshire. 

This will be Portland Pie Company’s second location in New Hampshire following the unprecedented success of their Manchester, NH store.  Like the other Portland Pie restaurants this location will include a full bar offering Maine micro-brews, family-friendly dining, comfortable seating, and cocktails along with several high definition televisions for the big games.  Portland Pie also has restaurant locations in Portland, Scarborough and Westbrook, Maine.  Mike Tamposi of CBRE represented the landlord in this transaction.
