VanValkenburgh Earns REO Designation

February 7, 2011, The American Real Estate University has recognized Jim VanValkenburgh of Fishman Realty Group as a “REO Specialist,” a designation, which requires an intensive course of study and examination to complete.

REO stands for Real Estate Owned property. In the current Real Estate Market many banks and lending institutions have had to take back thousands of property in the foreclosure process.  Less than 1% of all Real Estate licensees have earned this unique recognition making them experts in these transactions that are more common than ever.

The American Real Estate University (AREU) is a professional association compromised of real estate and professionals and affiliates focused on real estate education.
